Many Different Ways to Communicate

There are many different ways to communicate, without saying a word to someone. There is nonverbal and unwritten communication. The person can be lacking eye contact, the person is raising of his or her voice, crossed arms and legs, and these are terms of communication. This type of communication is known to be demonstrative communication, Instead of spoken or writing a word, these are other ways to communicate.

When I am talking to someone or someone is talking to me, the sender of the message can tell a lot how well the receiver is listening and if he or she can understand the message that is being sent. When talking or listening to someone you can tell how the receivers body language or facial expressions are interested in what you are saying.

Sometimes when I am speaking to someone, I have noticed they do not use eye contact and I am thinking that they do not understand what I am saying, and that will indicate that the receiver does not understand what I am saying. If the receiver is looking at me with a strange look on their face this is going to indicate they are clueless to what I am saying to them as a sender.

Facial expressions are known as a nonverbal communication that eliminates to convey communication to the next person, facial expressions communicated can be as simple as a smile, a frown, eyes opened wide, a possible yawn or smirk on a person’s face. Facial expressions change based on feeling, emotions or senses. Facial expressions are being used to convey information to another person without saying a word or making any type of sound.

Body language has many elements as well. Body language is very good to use to understand communication, some people use their hands to explain things, and they point to a board or showing someone something in the distance.
