Decision support system is intended to help managers make business decisions. Managerial decision making faces chalenges on daily basis. They have to analize large quantities of information, apply sophisticated analysys techniques and have to make decisions quickly. •The six-step decision-making process composed of : Problem identification, Data collection,Solution generation,Solution test,Solution selection and Solution implementation. Decision making and problem solving occurs at each level in organization: strategic, menagerial and operational. A properly designed DSS is an interactive software-based system intended to help decision makers compile useful information from raw data, documents, personal knowledge, and/or business models to identify and solve problems and make decisions. DSSs include knowledge-based systems. . most companies have actually integrated them into their day to day operating activities. Dsss shape data collected and help managers make decisions. DSS field does not have a universally accepted model, and it is important to say that even though computers and artificial intelligence are at work, it is ultimately up to humans to execute these strategies or formulate the data into a usable hypothesis.

Artificial intelligence stimulates human intelligence such as the ability to reason and learn and there are Various commercial applications of artificial intelligence ( intelligent system). Five most common categories of AI are 1)expert sytems which are Computerized advisory programs that imitate the reasoning processes of experts in solving difficult problems.

2)Neural Network which Attempts to emulate the way the human brain works

3) Genetic algorithm which are an artificial intelligent system that mimic the evolutionary, survival-of-the-fittest process to generate increasingly better solutions to a problem

4)Intelligent agents are special-purpose knowledge-based information system that accomplishes specific tasks on behalf of its users

And

5)Virtual reality A computer simulated environment that can be a simulation of the real world or an imaginary world.

Describe a process for developing IT strategy; make sure you address traditional strategic planning processes (SWOT, etc.). In looking at the outcomes of IT strategy, describe the process for using change management techniques and strategies to overcome resistance to ​new technology or a change in the current technology.
