Maintenance of electrical appliances: users could register as a member to select the necessary maintenance services or staff, complete the order, select the service time through the mobile or PC . Then the company will appoint the service personnel to the customer’s home.  

Home care services: including cleaning services, health care services, furniture maintenance, home appliances cleaning and other services: users registered as a member. Through the mobile side or PC side, they can select the type of domestic service and the service time.

  1. After-sale service

Upon completion, the user can rate the maintenance personnel, and collect the information of the service personnel, so that they can continue to choose his/her service next time. After finished the service, the user can score for the domestic staff and he/she can also collect the information of the service personnel, so that they can continue to choose his/her service next time.

   M-Helper hopes to provide consumers with not only the maintenance of daily needs, home appliance repair services and domestic services, but also a more convenient and efficient way to live life and enjoy the convenient modern society. With the use of M-Helper, customers can easily solve the sewer and toilet problems at home and a variety of other electric appliance troubles without spending much time and effort. What customers should do is just to open the APP, select a required service, fully expressed their service requirements, and then they will get the solution in the shortest time.

   At the same time, M-helper integrates fragmented maintenance workers, conducts unified professional training for them, provides them with good job opportunities, and thus could resolves many information asymmetry problems. We carry out rigorous professional training and regular assessment for maintenance workers and domestic service personnel. All the staff will work in strict accordance with the standardization process to ensure their safety and quality of work.

   In order to select the target market and develop marketing strategies, we need to segment the current market. Market segmentation is the basis for all marketing programs. Here we will combine the conditions of our own enterprises, and segment the market from the demographic and consumer interests to find suitable for our business development space.

  1. Measurement of consumer willingness

It’s not easy to identify the target customer of our service in the traditional way. In this case, it’s more important to measure the willingness to ask for such a service in a more technical way. So, we would to adopt a measure metric to clarify the target customers, and according to our analysis, age may play an important role in choosing our app, in terms of it’s an electronic way which may be more acceptable for mobile users, at the same time gender and occupation may not be that matters.
