Lean system is the operation system through changes in the structure, staff organization, operation mode and market supply and demand, so it can help the firms to adapt quickly to the changing needs of customers, maximize the value, reducing the waste and delays, and improving the efficient. This is not only a management mode, but also a culture in the company. The company needs to operate their operation line based on this kind of idea. The manager should think like this way and using this system in every part of the process. Lean system can be an idea, people who run a business should think like this way. Every decision and plan should base on lean system, which is reducing waste and improve efficient. Managers should think longer instead of current profit. Company should make a long-term plan and the most efficient mode for the company. Top managers also need to introduce this idea to every staff in the company, for making them work more efficiency.

Not only in the business, but also in our personal life, we need to use lean system. When we deal with anything or make any decision, we should consider how to maximize the value and how to reduce the waste, such as time or money, for making it more efficiency. For example, Toyota Corporation has made JIT philosophy, and we can use this method to improve our life. We can list all the things that waste or delay our study time. After we do it, we can clearly know how to change or correct it. Then, the grade might be improved.

All in all, lean system is very practical, whatever in business or personal life. It is not only a method, but also an idea and way of thinking.
