Section 1: Abstract

        Starting with the following business plan, Immuprobe is a technological start up that operates in life-science industry. Immuprobe develops a protein quantification system, an innovative product for sake of improving the life style. Existing as a technological company, the aim of this business plan is to evaluate the market research and present several options for the company to move for the sake of investment, expansion and operational growth. Furthermore, this business plan would critically outline the necessary sections in infrastructure, marketing and finances, explaining every portion of Immuprobe. As Immuprobe holds patented products, so this business plan would help in overcoming their limitations in research studying. The following business plan would include brief business introduction, marketing plan, product service plan, human resource plan, operational plan, SWOT analysis and the financial plan. This would present the entire Immuprobe operation, services and necessary overview needed for the investors and financiers.

Section 2: Company Overview

        As explained above, Immuprobe was an ETH/ university spin-off started by Marco Habegger (CEO) and Marco Schmidt (CTO) in 2016. The purpose of this company was to form a protein quantification system which has small volumes, low acquisition and consumable cost. For that, Immuprobe came up with this unique idea of developing cutting edge technologies for animal welfare in terms of better usability, speed and customizability.

Immuprobe involves state of the art technologies in the life-science industry with their innovation process and value propositions which make provide a competitive edge. Furthermore, Immuprobe believe in forming clients with utmost customer satisfaction and piloting the research, which makes us most different from other handy man services. However, there are few limitations that Immuprobe will resolve which include the current research reliance on small laboratory animals. Immuprobe provide the solution by three principles involving replace, refine, and reduce as an effective 3 R’s strategy.
