"Our people are our most important asset" is a phrase often seen in an organizations' human resources brochure. Hancock Manufacturing believes that achieving workforce excellence is the most important goal of our human resources team. We the advancement technology, we are able to develop programs to help improve productivity, effectiveness, and efficiency within the organization. Employees with the right skills, abilities, knowledge, and good ethical values can affect the organization. Our employees are the key to the organization's success by helping to achieve goals, and allowing the organization to expand to other areas of the world through globalization. Most importantly, we have a strong standing on our organization's ethical values. Our ethical values are honesty, integrity, teamwork, pride, and quality service. We provide benefit programs for full and part-time employees such as health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, and pension plans. Our goal is to maintain and motivate our employees by following employment laws through equal employment opportunities.

The convergence of technologies such as social media and mobility, cloud computing, and analytics has created unprecedented challenges as well as great opportunities for our employees. At Hancock Manufacturing, our human resource management team is committed to doing what is necessary to help build and maintain the capabilities needed to effectively benefit from the emergence of these transformative technologies. To address the changes in technology, our HRM team has developed and implemented a strategy for mobile devices and social media platforms that are now transforming HR portals into social platforms for organizational interaction (Greengard, 2012). Employees will be able to communicate globally as never before, increasing the transfer of beneficial information that will not only increase productivity, but also provide quality organizational experiences for employees.

At Hancock Manufacturing we know it is important to recognize the ever-growing changes in today's global market with over several divisions placed throughout the world today. We have remained competitive in the global market because of Hancock Manufacturing's strategic emphasis on staying ahead of the curve by providing upgrades to our human resource management department and effective business competencies of our workforce.
