What is the selection process? The selection process includes three parts, first, the HR team estimates which employees the company will need. Second, infers which types of employees. Finally, design an assortment of selection process to choose suitable employees. Now, introduce the part of estimate. There are two sections to support the whole estimate. One is the job analysis may suitable for preliminary position, another one is the goal of estimate to set up the criterion which take part in job. The next step is inferring which types of employees the company will need. The HR team will analysis employees with following ways: technique, knowledge, and ability. At the same time, continue to analyse them how is the personality, what is their hobbies and preference. The same important part about infer is focusing on others specialities which is connected closely with job performance. Finally, designing a suit of selection project to choose the suitable employees to work for company. Generally, we choose the equal employees according to the basic procedure. The employees will first sign an application, then the HR team will arrange a primary audition to inspect their ability, personality and hobbies to make a work sample. After that, examining their background, if all of these have no problems, the HR manager will decide to let them leave or not.

Selection process is very vital for any organization regardless of the type of organization. A rapidly changing economic environment makes us come to reason. Organizations need select effective employees face to the competition. If we cannot design a suit of selection project, the organizations have to face the problem of employee turnover. Employee turnover is expensive, costing billions of dollars every year. So we must design a set of justice, impartial selection process to all the interviewees.

As we all know, the written and communication examination gives the first place to observe an interviewee normally. The written exam is to test the interviewee’s exterior quality. An audition is the standard to check the interviewee’s internal quality. But the subjective factor of the examiner is also playing an important role in an audition. That is unfair to the interviewee, at the same time, it will affect the plan of selecting an excellent employee. How to make the selection process more accurate and reliable? In recent years, with the human resources management to enhance the professionalism and the degree of specialization, division of labor and human resource management within an increasingly sophisticated, more and more cross-cutting, interdisciplinary technology is widely used in practice, such as the basic tools of psychological-psychological measurement
