Introduction
This Project Procurement Management Plan describes how the goods and services will be procured. This plan identifies and defines the items to be procured, the types of contracts to be used and the contract approval process.
Procurement Management Approach
The Project Manager (PM) will be involved in all procurement activities under this project. The PM will work with the project team to identify the all the items to be procured and, will review and approve the procurement list prior to sending it to the procurement department. The procurement department will begin vendor selection and the contracting process.

The following procurement items have been determined to be essential for project completion and success.
