Dear team members

I know you've been under a lot of pressure being a sales person and I am very grateful to you guys for your hardworking nowadays. But I still find something wrong within our team. Recently I found the behavior of some of us is upsetting the other members of the team and I think it's time to have this letter for you.

I wish that you could find the problem by yourselves instead of me and solve it at the end of this quarter. Here are some advices that I come up with for you.

First, please try to maintain the integrity of your personality. People will learn your way of doing things when you represents your own style. Once they have known your style maybe they will not force you to do thing that you don't like.

Second, try to exchange opinions with others in a better way and understand others at their positions. I think the communications between you guys is not enough. I've done a self review and I thought maybe the opportunities I created for good communication environment is too few. I will work on that but you have to improve the skills that I mentioned before.

Third, Please learn to care about other members in the team and try to help them. I like the method of people-oriented management. I hope that everyone in this team could share their love and respect to others.

I hope these suggestions is welcomed and look forward to hearing from you.
