INTRODUCTION

ISIS: Islamic State of Iraq and Syria

ISIS, it is a powerful, agile and innovative organization that has threaten the world peace. Everyone who is a part of ISIS is a jihadist meaning “an Islamic term referring to the religious duty of Muslims to maintain and spread the religion”. The members of this group believe that they are the true form of Islam. They think that the rest of non-believers out there in this world seeks to destroy Islam due to which they act in such a violent way.

This organization started in the year 2004, Zarqawi and Osama joined forces, during that time they called themselves “al-Qaeda in Iraq”. After the death of Zarqawi, AOI created a sub-branch called “Islamic state in Iraq”. This is the birth of ISIS of present day. This organization is the reason for countless death all over the world. This so-called True believer are the root to terrorist attack all over the world. Like all multinational companies even this group has branches all over the world recruiting people to join their army, they have attracted over 28,000 foreigners from all over the world spreading terror.

Western world i.e. the European nations and United States of America they have fought back in destroying the base camp of ISIS and regaining the captured land and the citizens in it. With the successful war against terror, more than 250,000 have died and half of whom are civilians. More than 3.8 million people have been displaced making the world’s largest refugee population under the United Nations mandate.
