Weakness – I wouldn’t say NO. I always say YES to the requirements from the manager even if it’s not feasible within the stipulated time.
I tend to lose my confidence as I fail. Although it is said that failures are stepping stones of success, I take them seriously. I’m learning to gain confidence through failures and move to the next step.

I’m Sriraman, I come with 2 years of experience in IT industry working as a Systems Engineer in the Financial Services domain in one of the leading multinational companies – Infosys Ltd.
During my brief stint at Infosys, I was exposed to ETL data migration and worked for a leading European Banking Client – Royal Bank of Scotland. My jobs and responsibilities were to system test the whole operation of data migration from source to target environment, apply business transformation logics in DB2 and analyze discrepancies if any in the data by using Rexx Scripts.
Prior to Infosys, I did my undergraduate in Computer Science and Engineering at Chennai. Key highlights from my four years of education were,
