Outsourcing has been of regular use from organizations now days. It is an integral, important part of an organization’s daily routine. Outsourcing things to other companies can both have its advantages and disadvantages, however, outsourcing may not be a solution to every organization’s need. Outsourcing is when an organization hires an external company to deal with a certain function of an organization, When it does it usually mean that both organizations intertwine and will be in exchange of both services and payments.
