PERSONAL REVIEW
My personal review about the documentary video that my group and I had recorded last week is that everyone in the group has their own respective ideas to share. Some ideas are good but some does not suits the criteria that was assign to us before the video was recorded. Each group member wants to defend their ideas , so we had some minor problem to solve the issue.
We used the communication skills that we learn in class such as talking softly and explaining the importance of their points and how would it effect the video, In the end , we took some and discard the unimportant ideas.
Next, was shooting the scene . This is our major problem, some of our group members was too shy to record themselves in the documentary video. They were too scared and didn’t have the courage to speak. We attempt to solve this problems by giving them the confidence for them to speak. It did not work at first, but we kept trying and never gave up. Finally, everyone manage to speak in front of the camera with confidence.
Another problem we had during the shooting was, the commitment and the punctuality of the group members. After explaining the importance of time and telling them that we need to keep our promises to be on time and work together. The very next day everyone came early and work splendidly well.
I am very lucky to be in this group, even though we had a lot of problems after settling everything without having to argue everything went well. Everything was well organized and we were happy recording our video. We learn a lot of new things, such as editing video.. Gaining new knowledge while having fun doing your assignment work will surely produce the best one. Like what I learn, if we’re stress and depressed we can’t produce the best work.
