For everything in this nature has certain process through which we experience the results of it. But in the background there would be some work done in order to achieve the result or get the work done. This work is nothing but a proper plan strategy or a process. In any product we design there is some process implementation in order to design the product. The product will be designed according to the specifications given in the process chart in a step by step process. If the manufacturers when designing the product skips any step of the process, the final product may be designed sometimes but for sure it would have some defectives in it.

I can give a better example of my practical sessions in chemistry lab. Before starting the lab session we will have the objective designed by the instructor. So in order to get the objective done first we have to know basic step, what chemical and instruments are needed in order to do the experiment. Next we have to prepare a chart for doing the experiment which consists of the steps that have to be followed in doing the experiment which is nothing but the process flow chart or the process planning of the given objective. Finally we have to execute those steps in a step by step process in order to get good results for the experiment. So in the same way in the manufacturing industries or in automobile industries the process planning can give a clear sketch for the designing of product and how it should be produced in the market.

In designing the product a processes is designed in order to develop the product and release in to the market. But in designing the processes flow chart one should remember the customer focus in mind since they should get to know the current market conditions and problems facing by the customers so that the product will be having certain special features than the products which are existing.
