A Customer Relations Officer reacts to these questions either eye to eye or for the most part through email, online visits or the phone. For the most part these officers remain in their seats and answer the questions posted. In such workplaces the specialized staffs need to get to their neighborhood web server or the information base to get data about the question inquired. Likewise, in a few circumstances the Officer needs to take conclusion from his senior director and other supporting staff. To satisfy every one of these requirements a remote system can be a superior choice than a wired one. The most commonly used standard is the 802.11. To be more specific,  I will use 802.11g for my wireless network. This network has many benefits. This network allows interoperability between multiple devices. This helps cut down on cost. Many technology vendors are now compliant with the 802.11 standard. Therefore, I can use multiple devices from different vendors with a concern over compatibility. During customer relations, multiple devices will need to be used at the same time and this network allows this to happen by providing up to 54Mbps of data speed.
