The defendant in the case of The Family of Peter Parker vs. Larry Lang, Rita Rhodes and Fun Times.

Roles as Pricilla Ponds, Project Lead at Fun times Corporation         

1. My name is Pricilla Pond, I am a project lead in Fun times corporation. I joined fun times 7 years back as an Engineer. I am married with 3 kids and I am pregnant for my fourth child. I know peter since 7 years back , in fact we were being promoted at the same time  as a project lead in 2012.
2. I have enjoyed my working life in Fun times for the past 7 years because Fun times is a company that are really into the wellbeing of the staff and all about work life balance.
3. Both me and Peter reports to Larry lang. He is a good supervisor and a very understanding and helpful manager. The reason I say this is because the company understand that upon promotion to become a project lead we have a lot of adjustment that we need to make in terms of responsibility and work.
4. Larry has initiated a weekly WIP meeting for both me and peter. In this meeting he will be guiding us and coaching us in our daily work. Thanks to him i am able to perform well in my new roles.  
5.  As for Peter he seems to be progressing well in his role with the coaching of Larry, But after 1month I could see that his commitment is no longer there.  The reason I say so is because since both of us are project leads there will be a number of meeting that we will be attending together, he will always comes in late for the meeting , unprepared and there was 1 time when I overheard his conversation to someone via the phone. “ Please I am begging you , give me some time I promise to pay you back by this week”
6. 1 more incident was during 7th November 2012, it was my daughter’s birthday and I have apply leave half day to celebrate with my family, but I have to cancelled and stayed back to meet Peter’s project dateline as he saw absent on that day. Me and Larry stayed back until 8pm to settle that 1 project.
7. Personally I enjoyed working in fun times and not looking to move out anywhere else even though a lot of competitor companies called me to join them. Working in fun times is not as stressful as what the plaintiff has painted. If its really that stressful then no one will be working in fun times and all will resort into suicide. One thing for sure there is more to Peter’s suicide and its not work related.
