Team Effectiveness :

The purpose of being a key element to my teams and in this case my hult team during this year falls over the fact that I now comprehend myself and my ways better than ever, as well as various noticeable skills and traits form my teammates. My team has built a culture based on motivation, attendance, acceptance, and mainly to stay active during every meeting having fun, interacting, listening, and getting all points across, all of these under full respect towards each other's. When we encounter conflict, we have decided to either stop for a break and think analytically the bases of the issue we are encountering and continuing to collaborate or support the choice of our preference.

During this past couple of weeks I have notice many of my teammates skills and possible situations where they may feel more comfortable or uncomfortable. I have noticed how some may be more introversive or extroversive in different environments either alone with me or at a formal group meeting. Timing to get to know your peers is almost imperative in order to build a bit more confidence with them, at least, that's the way some may have opened to explain some ideas they wouldn't bring up during a meeting. Since time management is a very important skill on a team, I have stepped up to organize all our group meetings as well as reserving and submitting the majority of our assignments. Interesting enough, it has been noticeable from the girls in the group to set up the meetings and lead the group in a way.

Based on the Star form, I have been able to assist one of my peers to open up with me and help bring up his ideas. I am very cultural sentive, specially based on my background and being raised in a house with very strong and defined principles and being surrounded a totally different culture outside my home. This differences made me realized a passion for all well defined cultures and their different points
