Use the best practices shared by your classmates and from the text to create a stress management plan in the following table that you can implement immediately.

Refer to Ch. 16 of Your College Experience to identify at least three areas of stress in your life. List these in the first column in the table below. In the second column, identify stress management best practices or techniques you can use to address the stressors you listed in the first column. Briefly indicate how you will use that best practice.

procrastination Avoid procrastination by starting on weekly assignments early in the week and not waiting until the last minute where I would have to rush to meet deadlines.

Time managment Make a daily planner that list all daily tasks that I must complete with specific times to get them done

Becoming overwhelmed Break up asignments into parts. By starting on them early in the week I don’t have to get them all done at one time I can work on pices of the asigment throught several days

In 50 to 100 words, explain the link between time management and stress. How can time management help with stress management?

There is a huge link between time management and stress. Stress often develops from one becoming over welmed with to much to do in so little time. If one can effectively manage their time and priorities

they can avoid becoming over whelmed with too much to do thus reducing their stress.
