WORKING ABROAD

Today some people choose to work and living in another country. The reason is that there are better job opportunities and life standard. People who adopted the adaptive attitude toward foreign cultures become more able to connections among ideas. Also, people who have international experience are better problem solvers and more creative. It means that these experiences are more likely to create new businesses and products and also to be promoted. So, choosing a job abroad might actually benefit for the career. There are advantages like this and also disadvantages.

People want to work abroad because of lack of economic opportunity in the own country. First, people want to earn money from the easy way. For example, in the beginning, working in a bar, on reception or in a clothes shop. These are good jobs in a new country initially as part of a new experience. The high cost of housing, food and heating make depressed regions. Therefore, people prefer to live in another country. By the way, working abroad is good chance to develop the mind and gain new qualifications. This is important for developing independence and personality. Moreover, the person meets new people and increase their social networks, experiences different cultures, builds cultural awareness and lives under other living conditions. It is a chance to work in a place with teamwork system. In this way, people can discuss everything with their colleagues and find out the solution.
