Reaction Paper on Briggs-Myers Personality Test

REACTION PAPER

        After taking the Myers-Briggs Personality Test, my results showed ISFJ Personality (Introverted Sensing Feeling Judging).

        “The ISFJ personality type is quite unique, as many of their qualities defy the definition of their individual traits. Though possessing the Feeling (F) trait, ISFJs have excellent analytical abilities; though Introverted (I), they have well-developed people skills and robust social relationships; and though they are a Judging (J) type, ISFJs are often receptive to change and new ideas.         Although the questions seem repetitive, the result quite showed my personality because of the areas mentioned like the odd quality of socializing, workplace habits, strengths and weaknesses and even personal growth. Enjoying time with others yet preferring close-knit number of friends, being self-sufficient and aware, loyalty to friends and ensuring that others are happy are a few strong points highlighted and I also think that these strong points are place for weaknesses too.

        I am not a big fan of conflict and as mentioned in the personality description, I tend to move away from it and avoid it as possible to keep at peace and ease.
