Point: We are looking forward to a healthy diet which is formed in a natural way. It needs to meet the animals’ growth pattern and not become the commodities under the industrialization of agriculture. Defense: Americans love to eat beef, chicken, pork and a variety of vegetables, grains. Actually, they are not truly agricultural products, but low-cost industrial products on the fast and efficient standard production lines. Why did this happen? In the film, each food companies emerged as the implementation of a high degree of industrialization to monopolize the entire food industry. The industry chain has met the growing population’s need for food, but also brought a lot of drawbacks---in order to make the products faster, it breaks the species of animal and plant growth rhythm. Using the technology changes the society, and it brings both positive and negative effects. Like Mesthene said, technology creates a new opportunity and a new problem at the same time. Such as agriculture, livestock were fed by artificial feed, resulting in accelerated growth.
