Mission Statement: To satisfy the needs of our clients by providing them with the best possible cleaning service in the area at a reasonable price.

Start developing a description of the organization (goals, strategy, culture, values, location, environment, product/service).

Goals: To establish a cleaning service for commercial businesses and to expand into the residential areas once established. We also strive to develop into the leadcleaning service providers in our area by beating out our competition with our stellar work performance and our competitive prices.

Strategy: Start with a small basis of commercial clients for the first year and see how the business does and then grow from there to expand to more employees then more contracts and maybe a chain of cleaning businesses.

Culture: Our clients have high expectations of our services and our employees have a high expectation for compliance, ethics and integrity, while providing employees who are hard working and honest. We offer a diverse and unique culture that provides excellent service to clients through the use of eco-friendly products.
