“My trip to Batangas”

A trip is an adventure wherein you go from one place to another. Trips are meant to be a time to leave all the stress from school and work, and just relax. I recently returned from my first trip to Batangas. I believe that this trip was one of the most extraordinary and exciting trip I’ve ever experienced.

Batangas is a province of the Philippines, located on the southwestern part of Luzon, in the CALABARZON region. It is a very beautiful and serene place filled with many trees and other types of plants. In Batangas, there are so many things to do. While I was in Batangas, I stayed in a country club residence, and I did so many fun and exciting things. Every single day, I would wake up early in the morning and go swimming until noon. Then, my brother and I would walk around the whole country club and we would look for other roads and passageways that might lead us to another place. And later in the evening, we would go to the mall and dine in very unique restaurants that sell the specialties of Batangas. Batangas is not only a good place to go swimming, but it is also a good place to see the smallest volcano in the Philippines, the Taal volcano. My family and I went to see the Taal volcano. We drove a few minutes to get to a certain mountain, and then when we reached the top, we saw the whole Taal Lake, and the Taal Volcano. The Taal Volcano is situated in the calm and beautiful lake known as the Taal Lake. When I saw the Taal Volcano, the first thing that popped into my mind was that is was so picturesque, it looked as though it was a beautiful painting. The volcano looked kind of small, but it had many trees, plants and rocks all around it, and in the middle, was the crater. It was not my first time seeing the volcano; I’ve seen it many years ago.
