We as an organization is looking to grow and become more innovative than ever. I have been in several organization that has gone through technological change. We have heard the word tighten up or either step your game up. All this means is that you need to get better at something. Well this is what I was brought here to do. You as employees have been doing a great job here but I am here to try and get us over the hump with a new technological approach.
Technology has been improved over the past years. Companies have been improved to making standout products that have shaped the world as we know it. During these process we have created great works and also not so great task. But through it all we were able to learn from both experience to better ourselves in the long run.
As your HR manager I have been assigned to transfer this new technological process that we have used at other companies to become more successful. I was there when we first rolled out these new technological approaches and have learned the process first hand. We will be rolling out this new technology here but first it starts with all of you here. In order for this to be successful it will take all of you buying into the system, trusting that it will work, and bringing your A game everyday.
We all have a job to do and I know change can be difficult. Everyday we pick the attitude that we will carry. Which attitude do you prefer driving your car for your life decision and the sake of your company you work for. The car is considered as your intelligence, knowledge, skills in the training that you have mastered and purposes. If the wrong judgment is made while driving your life decision, our company will not be successful in maintaining its success and achieve its goals. This is why it is vital to have attitude awareness – to understand that change can be good if we come to work with the proper attitude.
