General Company Description

A deep study of the present situation in the market of Sangli-Miraj shows lack of genuine and hygienic milk and milk products. The area is called “Dudh-Ganga”, as the name goes, a vast source and market for milk. Almost of the population here and nearby being farmers, the collection of raw milk is tremendous and what is to be done is to process it in a genuine, hygienic, well-maintained and sophisticated plant and then to sell out milk and milk products at consumer affordable prices.

We are starting a partnership business where in we will be producing and selling milk and milk products. The milk products include curd, butter, buttermilk, lassi, shrikhand, amrakhand, chocolate khand, Paneer. Our area of market for the milk and milk products will be from Far East of the state of Maharashtra from Miraj to Kolhapur and a stretch towards Pune.

Mission Statement:

PIONEER is committed to implement and indulge to quality and food safety standards through good manufacturing practices for production and supply of quality and safe milk and milk products to its customer at any priority to satisfy them with prompt and efficient services.

Company Goals and Objectives:

GOAL:

To establish a good market share by developing new innovative ideas in management of the production, distribution and gaining a firm place in the customers mind and flourish further in other regions of the country.

I. Establishment of our presence in the market:

• We mean gaining a good market share in our products.

• We mean establishing a place in customers and producers heart and on his mind.

• We mean gaining enough profit to flourish further

II. Re-capturing the already captured market:

• This policy stands for gaining the firm hold in the start market.

• This policy gives no option for the customers and the producers in our sector.

III. Flourishing further:

• Flourish is the last segment, but it will be the start of the real business by PIONEER.

• Flourishing means expansion of business in other areas of the country.
