  1. DO YOU AGREE WITH THE RESULTS OF YOUR ASSESMENT?

I answered the questions to the best of my abilities and believe the answers truly described me. I have never done an assessment like this but it is very nice to learn more about myself in the long run. My Extraversion score came out to be 5 points which from feedback says I have a low level of personality factor. This indicates how outgoing and social a person is and it seems that I am not very outgoing and social which is not mostly true. I find myself to be very social but in situations where I am approached first most of the time. My Agreeableness score is 9 points and from the feedback is a high level of personality factor. Someone with a high score like me is generally warm and friendly and tactful and that describes myself completely. I am always nice to everyone I meet. I am largely optimistic and always get along with others. My Conscientiousness score is 8 points and from the feedback it says moderate level of personality factor. Conscientiousness means someone with is vigilant or careful. Someone who has a strong desire to do a task well. I truly have a moderate desire to do certain task very well and along with that I also like to take certain risk. My Emotional Stability score came out to be 7 points and a feedback of moderate level of personality. It refers to someone’s ability to remain calms and it is true that I can moderately remain calm before reacting. It almost always depends on the situation. I am not close to being emotionally unstable but I have had a few episodes when I become really stressed out. My chances of reacting violently is slim. My Openness to Experience score is 7 points and a feedback of moderate level of personality. This deals with an open imagination which I believe I have a strong one. I love variety and my imagination loves to run while. I usually spend time imagining the future and how my choices will turn out.

  1. BASED ON THE RESULTS OF YOUR ASSESSMENT, WHAT DO YOU SEE AS YOUR STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES?

When it comes to my strengths I love to think of myself as someone who has a good heart. I am a truly honest person and always dependable. I always put myself in someone else’s shoes and think about what would I do in certain situations and would I want some help. I do not always think like that completely because beforehand I would wonder if I would ever set myself up to be in that situation. I always make sure I have a backup plan. Being prepared is another one of my strong suits and always expect the unexpected. It always come in handy in the long run when something unexpected happens and I am fully or mostly prepared. I am also very optimistic and just love to fill my mind with positive thoughts. It truly makes life much more enjoyable when you always see the good in things and situations. It is a great way to reduce stress. I have been through so many stressful situations and have not been able to get through them because I always saw the bad but now I am much more optimistic. My weaknesses involve my attitude. From a young age I have had little tempers and have easily had bad attitudes. Although I am a very nice person I am also a very passionate person who always expresses emotions. I feel that I express my emotions too strongly and it has made me into the person that I am today and has gotten me to this point. My attitude has brought me to places where I do not belong and has also brought negative vibes into my life and increased my stress level. I have 7 children and have been through a lot to make sure they succeed in life and in the end through everyone of my weaknesses I have done such a good job. I always put my children first and never let my weaknesses ruin their happiness.
