Working Mother

       Vietnam is a small country in Asia but it is home to 54 minority ethnics. Therefore Vietnamese people have a variety of traditional and cultural characteristics. However, besides good, there are also the bad ones.

       The first characteristic is Union. As we know, Vietnam had been in war for many times, from China to France, America. They were  strong and big countries at that time but with the Vietnamese union, we had defeated them and become a peaceful country. Up to now, the union of us is still alive. We raise fund for people who are in difficulties because of natural disasters. Another Vietnamese feature is Friendliness . Vietnam is an attractive destination in the world because of many beautiful and imposing sightseeings. So Vietnamese people always welcome foreigners. The smiles always appear on their faces to show the hospitality to international friends. The last one is superstition. A lot of people are influenced of Chinese culture. They believe too much in ancent customs so it can do harm to them. For example, some people, especially minority ethnics, don’t go to the hospital when they are sick but they believe in amulets. However, many people oppose this because it is not good and suitable in a modern country.

        In conclusion,  they have two sides but there are also a lot characteristics. The time still goes by and the characteristics of Vietnamese people still change  to be more  suitable for modern life. After all, I am pround of being Vietnamese people.
