                                        Vienna

Through the cities I have visited in my life I’d like to tell about Vienna. It’s the capital city of Austria and has a history of centuries. Vienna was the place where world leaders of past, musician and scientist were living, working and creating. It wouldn’t be wrong to call it one of the cultural capitals of the world. It’s a big city comparing with my hometown and has a lot of places to visit and no time will be enough to find out Vienna’s beauty and majesty. Huge palaces, stunning cathedrals built in gothic style of Middle Ages as well as parks where you can walk and think about how great human should be to rise up a city like Vienna. On every step you will find historic statues, fountains and ancient structures combined with best examples of modern architecture. It was a center of classical music and remained it until World War II.  Vienna is a safe city, safe in day and night, although it’s multinational city, because only 60 percent are Austrians. Public transport is provided by different kind of transportations including trams, buses as well as underground metro. Trams are one of the visit cards of Vienna. Looking at that gorgeous city and its people you get impressed a lot and want to describe your feelings. But to be honest, I consider Viennese not so hospitable to visitors of their city, although they respect everybody including tourists and immigrants as befits European civilized nation. Nevertheless, in Vienna I feel like being very close to the history of whole Europe, being in the past and evaluate the grandeur of that truly European capital.
