Red wine is considered one of the most popular drinks around the world. Frequently, People who love a good red wine have the romantic idea of making its own wine. Fortunately, there are many books, websites and magazines available for wine lovers who want to be wine makers. The regular process of winemaking is really straightforward, but it can take some time. However the good news is this: You can make a great homemade red wine from concentrated grape juice in very few and simple steps and for a very reasonable price. The first step of making red wine at home is to gather the follow ingredients and materials: grape juice concentrate, yeast, sugar, a five-gallon glass bottle, an airlock, corks, a plastic hose, and wine bottles. First, sanitize the fermentation container and siphon materials to prevent wine contamination. Boiling water is one of the most effective methods of purification. Another simple way to do this is by using sterilization tablets. The idea is to ferment the juice in a completely clean container, in this way avoiding the impurities.
