INTRODUCTION:

The assignment is about conducting a survey and collecting the data from 10 working people. And then study and analyzing the results. After analysis I’m supposed to give my opinion on training and non-training needs.

Work life balance:

• It means balancing life and work according to their priority.

• Work and life can’t be balanced equally.

• One should be flexible at managing their time so that work and life get their priority and are balanced.
