Executive Summary

Today about 230 laundries are done each second in France, which represent 5 laundries per week per household and 40 kg of detergent.

This task causes a huge waste of time and worries and we think that our customers would appreciate enjoy their spare time instead of being bored by cleaning chore.

That is why we propose a special service which will be very helpful for each person who is looking for a quick, easy and efficient way to wash clothes:

The offer would allow the customer to ensure its clothes will be washed and ironed in a pre-defined amount of time without doing anything for a competitive price, known in advance.

The customer can realize the service at any time from its smartphone and specify where and when he wants to deliver its clothes and take them back

The service is designed so that the customer can recover its clothes in a quick amount of time. The time of recovery depends on the location of the customer, its preferences and the current demand. The shortest time of recovery is between 7 hours to 12 hours from the order of the customer on its smartphone

Our mission is to position our company in an expanding market as a main actor in France and a leader in our city.

We can observe that there is a real need from a part of population (student and working persons) for our services and a true opportunity to develop our activities in big cities other than Paris where the marketplace is not exploited yet.

  • Objectives

Our objective at the first year is to make our activity known by our commercial target and to convince them of the effectiveness, the reliability and the practicality of our service.

We will then for the second-year focus on developing our customer’s portfolio and target a 25% increase in order intake.

Our company by being the first app-based laundry, ironing and dry cleaning service in the city will have a competitive advantage at court and mid-term.

The development of our brand image will represent an important challenge at the first 2 year, that is why our company must fulfill consumers concerns like environmental interest. indeed, by using sustainable detergent which are not dangerous for the environment (ecotoxic) we will win the trust of a part of consumers.

We aim also to build a solid partnership with the major detergent providers to develop a win-win strategy
