There are some understanding reasons in below that make this organisation better be suitable nonprofit organisation rather than a private organisation.

According to public goods failure and government failure of three failure theories, these services and social problem cannot be addressed by the government. May be due to the there are no this kind of charities or nonprofit organisations for women in local government of India.

In general, the main goals of private organisation are seeking profit. In order to get maximum profit, private organisation would control the cost and investment. Thus, these women will not get the best resources and supports.

This organisation requires high training level employees who can treat this specified population. The employees need to be patient and treat people friendly. And I think these employees should be involved in this topic( like these women's family member or people who are developing these problems)

As well known, these variety organisations is intending to help the women who are needs some special help( get known about period and get sanitary napkins from public). If people to hold this organisation as a private organisation to seek profit will cause some bad influence in public.

Also to hold this kind of organisation, the initial cost at the begining of the project will not be high but neither will expenditure which means it will not be largely profitable organisation.

People prefer to trust nonprofit organsations or charities rather than private organisations.

Identify possible implementation issues

To hold this organisation, there are some possible implementation issues that we should think about.

We do not have a intended plan for this organisation, we do not know how much money we have to invest and how much time we will spend. And the organisation
