With the rapid development of the business world, the organization of business has changed into a new stage. The domestic companies have more and more challenges in the current business world. The globalization and the internationalization seem like a trend of a business model. The internationalization has become an indispensable for local corporations. It has not only expanded opportunities and market shares but also led to achieve higher levels of business growth of a domestic company.

For the Topdog software company, it will face with the external and internal impacts such as dealing with international customers, competitors, even the employees. When a domestic company starts to enter the global markets, it would confronted with numerous difficulties which is cross-border and cross-cultural challenges. For example, the local financial environment, laws, cultures and so on.

In addition, the Topdog software company should have the vision and practices. For example, evaluating the organization strategies to react and adapt to the trend for the international market. Assessment and establishment of international marketing operation are necessary, in order to maintain international competitiveness and compete with other international corporations.

There are three different routes could establish international market, building offices, establish alliances or joint ventures and foreign distributor. In spite of, building new offices, establish alliances or joint ventures in other countries is feasible but it's tough and probably led the costs and risks will increase.

First, there are not any managers with international experiences in the Topdog software company, therefore they would have not only to cost more resources to train or hire a manager who has experience but also need the time to adapt the local environment and develop the market. On the other hand, the advantage of joint venture could enhance the visibility in other countries
