SUSTAINABLE CONSUMPTION OF NATURAL BATHROOM CLEANER

Natural Bathroom Cleaner (GO GREEN) of MPM (UK based company) is a household product made by MPM ltd founded in 1995 which deals with personal hygiene and household products. It is one of the leading UK Company of manufacturing liquid based products. The Natural Bathroom Cleaner is mainly produced from the natural ingredients such as extract of the plants which is inspired by nature (MPM Consumer Products, 2016). The expansive production facilities cover 30,000 sq ft with 10 flexible automated manufacturing lines including filling machine, tube filling etc. The ingredients of the Go Green are made from lemon, eucalyptus oil, lime, peppermint, grapefruits and lemon grass. From the extract of these natural resources which are made in the manufacturing stainless steel based vessels and delivery pipes therefore, these are then packed into the plastic jars and bottles. The product size is available from 10ml to 5 litres.

Natural Bathroom Cleaner has less harmful effect and is manufactured without the use of toxic chemical ingredients. The consumers thus accept this enthusiastically, considering the same to be organically sourced and manufactured (Pohl & Tolhurst, 2010). Natural Bathroom Cleaner is eco-friendly and biodegradable and the product is made for household purposes uses so that people demanded highly. Production of it involves no harmful gases being released in the atmosphere through the use of high tech machinery. In the world of globalisation using natural products is safer rather than using chemical based products (Kolk & Van Tulder, 2011) and Natural Bathroom Cleaner is not at all harmful even if it comes in contact with the skin. However, the company has few of its workplace issues.

Factory workers of this company have to face long hour shifts and strict disciplinarian attitude. However, the workers are dedicated to their work. The workers have acquired good skills (through training) and each individual is always ready to serve for the sake of large scale of production. The workers are classified according to their products. The workers have been provided all sorts of basic necessity facilities, opportunities for growth. Thus sometimes the workers have to work more than 8 hours in order to produces high production, and often they workers have shifting duties in dire need. The workers are often faced tyrannical implements while the target is not fulfilled. Moreover, the company comparatively is more cooperative with its workers rather than other.

At the workplace of the MPM, cooperativeness between the workers has been build up under the guidance of the skilled and efficient team leader. A friendly environment covers around the workers and the management system. Nevertheless, there shall be the competitors of the company and the workers are aware of the present market values and thus produce according to it. The company provides strength to its people in order to compete to the other organisation. The workers are constantly instigated for producing new products. The company introduces 53 new products per year. Therefore, it always strives to launch with introducing new kind of products of competing other organisation. That is why, the buyers are excited of using new kind of products and ready to use. Thus, while the business stresses upon a rigid work culture, the management strives for embracing successful and organic innovation for end-user/stakeholder satisfaction.
