Case study 1

  For this case, first time, I will remain silent, because as a psychiatrist I have obligation to protect the patient and my conversation. I would like to incline to dismiss the threat as idle and try to stop his mind that  he intends to kill a woman. However, if I do my best and he still doesn’t listen to my advice, in order to the woman’s safe. I will report the threat to the police and the woman.

Case study 2 - The Partiality of Friendship

  It seems to me, Jim is not right. Jim uses his powers to help his friends, and at the same time,the company lost the person who is more qualified than his friend. It is unfair to get the job for other applicants. If I were Jim, I would help my friend to find a job which is best to him because his friend is not must work in same company with Jim.

Case study 3 - A Callous Passerby

  Smith have a moral obligation to save the boy. The only one question here is that  If so, should he have a legal obligation as well? The answer is no. Up to now, none of legal to support it. For moral obligation, Smith should to help the boy in his ability.

Case study 4- The Value of a Promise

  I will try my best to advice my friend to go to police office, because there is an innocent person has been accused of the crime and I know who is the real criminal. In general, I will not break the promises. But I will the anonymous letter to police to help the an innocent person to be free.

Case study 5 - The Fat Man and the Impending Doom

   No guarantee that the dynamite will actually save you as it could only mean killing a man and ending up with his death on your conscience for as long as you are still alive yourselves. In addition, the group of people can do the best thing to do is to try to free him and if that's not possible then turn around and look for another way out. It's very possible for a cave to have more then one way in and out so it would be better to look for a way that saves all that's possible then to choose the path that kills someone and leaves you with possibly no way out.
