Executive Summary

This report is about the strategy analysis for NESTLE Pakistan. In this report, we have analyzed some strategies by using models. We have used PESTEL analysis. In which, we have analyzed the external forces or factors of NESTLE those affect the business of NESTLE in Pakistan. How the political, economical, social, technological, environmental, and legal factors affect the NESTLE. In this report, we have applied SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) Matrix. In which we have analyzed the internal position of NESTLE the strengths and weaknesses. And the external part of this matrix has been analyzed as well. Which is the current opportunities and threats to the NESTLE Pakistan.

The Michael Porter’s five forces have been applied for the analysis of customer bargaining power, supplier bargaining power, new entrance in the market, substitute products offerings and the competition. These five forces have been applied over the NESTLE Pakistan. The IFE (Internal Factors Evaluation) Matrix, EFE (External Factors Evaluation) Matrix and CPM (Competitive Profile Matrix) are also applied for the analysis of internal position of the NESTLE Pakistan. We have analyzed the external factors that how much NESLE is operating. Either it is performing externally good or bad. The CPM Matrix is used to compare the performance of the NESTLE with Haleeb and Shezan. The formulation of these above strategies helps, what and which strategy is applying NESTLE Pakistan. These strategies help in analyzing the internal and external factors of NESTLE.
