Question 1:

The trends of McDonalds external environment is the greatest impact on the Millennial, which that the idea that inspire them to give their meals as healthy since the contenders are fundamentally expanding the substance of the natural way of life administrations with transforming them into solid sustenance when contrasted with MacDonald and their sustenance. This is the place others acquire upper hand and McDonald false back, and this has affect the organization on a tremendous route since the socioeconomics of the market or the focused on gathering of people are centered around these things, for example, the moms and their kids towards considering eating healthy, while we take a gander at the youths, they have different choices with eateries which puts them less to devour from McDonalds.  

Question 2:

MacDonald’s positioned considered the worst in its major competitors for their services. McDonalds have been following their competitors such as Burger King, which is considered as the largest company, and their work is running just fine compared to McDonalds. The quality of Burger King Food is different because they include adding various sauces, fresh cheese, and fresh vegetables to menu list. Moreover, we can find that McDonalds in market segmentation have been concentrating on young generation so they are seeking three various demographics while their food is unlikely phenomenal. However, McDonalds entered new part of segmentation in premium meals, when they also faced some competition between a lots of fast food places they are forced to lower their prices and make it a sensible prices.

Question 3:

McDonald’s business strategies uses a mix of cost administration and universal market extension systems. Diversifying and authorizing types of new market section is used inside McDonald's business system as it were.  Besides, item and administration institutionalization lies in the foundation of McDonald’s business technique. McDonald's eateries offer generously uniform menu that involves, cheese and chicken burgers, Filet-Fish, and a lot of different sandwiches, including the soft drinks, Ice cream, and deserts. It is essential to take note of that alongside keeping up item and administration institutionalization, McDonald's considers nearby tastes and inclinations, when building up its menu and taking part in advertising endeavors. As for me, I think it’s effective, because they maintain their different types of food and kept it fresh with its reasonable prices, besides the loyal customers that will always prefer McDonald’s above all.
