LG Electronics which has 128 work place, 83000 employee is leading to an innovation of electric machines, electric mobile communication machines and electric home appliances. LG Electronics is consisted of four enterprises sections which are home entertainment, mobile communications, home appliance & air solution, vehicle component. The organization is leading in the market of TV, mobile phone, air conditioner, washing machine. LG Electronics received the prize twice which is named ENERGY STAR Award from Environmental Protection Agency in USA. From the result, the organization is recognized as a eco-friendly leading company.

LG electronic Home Entertainment division serve a sensuous design with a fusion of the latest smart technology in sectors such as OLED TV, ultra-HD TV, SMART 3D TV, MONITOR/PC, AV. LCD expertise as well as OLED, such as ultra-HD strives to become a global company in the home entertainment market in the world.

LG Electronics Mobile Communications Division is making a unique mobile world through design and technology innovation.

Home appliance & air solution division is analyzing the cultural characteristics and lifestyles of customers around the world.

Vehicle Components division was made in order to provide greater value to customers in the automotive industry part.

PESTEL Analysis

1. Political

Political element is the extent to which government interference in the economy. Specifically encompasses tax, labor, trade sanctions, environmental laws, customs, and political stability. Political factors also include the type of goods or services to promote or sanction from the government. The centeral government at the national level considers the impact of health, education and infrastructure building.

The mobile communication terminal equipment distribution structure law ( the law Dantong) was conducted in October 2014. The government was openly making the all citizens to stupid customers and making the circumstance good to only mobile carrier. The Danton law enforcement purposes was intended to prevent discrimination to the hype that customers receive subsidies between mobile carriers, but all citizens were forced to buy all the expensive handsets because the government limit the handset subsidies celling to 330,000 (Korean won).

2. Economic

Economic factors include economic growth, interest rates, exchange rates, inflation. These factors exert a tremendous impact on the decision-making. Currency is also a considerable factor that influences the import and export and import prices.
