2. Why does the company want to enter Angola in particular? What other countries can be chosen?

3. What are their direct customers (e.g. buyers, agents, distributors, trading houses)? What are the current trends for this industry?

4. Are there global competitors?

5. What are their sources and channels of distribution?

6. What marketing strategies/ practices do they use?

7. What are the typical payment terms offered by the company?

1) Did politics have influence on IB? Is that the case in Belgium? Influence on innovation?

Yes. Recall political systems, mention economic freedom and how it influences attracting of invrestments. Innovation: yes, e.g. totalitarianism slows/stops innovation.

2) Global strategy and integration framework - influence on entry strategy?

List different strategies (multidomestic etc) en mention that you gonna use different entry strategies for each entry strategy (e.g. home replication: export).

3) what is culture for you and what's the influence on corporate life and carriere?

The risk of bad policy is because of"cultural misunderstandings". Then i've usedthe typology of hofstede, 'acculturazation vs socielization', how you can manage culture (knowledge, CIA), then there's something like aware, unaware and visible culture. Also those three orientations (geo, poly, ethno); why its important for your corporate life: because you as a manager will be probably involved in international transactions where it's important to understand other culture.
