Introduction

This essay will be analyzed the Elecdyne . Elecdyne is a SME company in Japanese .This company's headquarters in Tokyo and started in 1990 . The company started only five employees, now grown to 100 employees .Elecdyne has production of various electronic products like MP3 players , CD players ,DVD players , hi-fi equipment and televisions etc . These production techniques from a number of multinationals .

Elecdyne has the advantage of technology products have a multinational authority and the company has growth potential .But now ,it just supplies the Japanese market , and buyers and sellers only around Tokyo . Elecdyne had to lower prices in order to compete successfully . But in the past two years ,Elecdyne had failed to grow its sales and difficult to compete .Because it need to pay for the licenses and employees can get higher wages on Eastern Europe and China .Graduates prefer to go to work on Japanese multinationals like Sony and Matsushita .Now Elecdyne is facing a decreasing profits, a loss situation .

Elecdyne is a company that has never experienced overseas trade . But the company's management has learned English, and there are several study abroad . The company's management is currently considering the possibility of international . Internationalization can make the Elecdyne access to new technologies and markets, which can reduce costs and expand sales .

This essay need use Steep table ,SWOT table and PEST table to analysis of the company's market situation .Select the three countries for comparison with the Japanese market .Finally , determine a suitable national by table score . Then choose three different ways to enter this country include Joint ventures, Greenfield sites and Mergers /Acquisitions .
