Brief idea of the application

We are a company which outsources our application technology to different catering industries in helping them manage their queues and track consumers’ purchase record. We believe that by developing a food ordering application and adding the below features to our application, we could help companies provide a good image to their customers. The below example would definitely give you an idea about our application and its features.

Why did we come up with this idea?

We often find that the queue in fast-food restaurant is too long which somehow violates the concept of FAST FOOD. We hope our application could reduce the length of the queue and waiting time so as to provide convenience to customers and efficiency to companies.

How would the application work?

First of all, we would outsource our application service to a fast-food chain like Cafe De Carol. Cafe De Carol would then tell their customers to download this application in their mobile phone. Let’s say I am in East Point City, I want to have my afternoon tea in Cafe De Carol. Our application would navigate you to the nearest Cafe De Carol. While you are walking to there, you may use our application to take order. The application includes all the tea set meals. I could then choose meal A, and also insert my preferences, such as not adding ice in my lemon tea and also sun shined eggs instead of poached eggs. Order taken would send to the Cafe and my waiting time would be calculated, allowing me to know immediately when my order is ready. Afterwards, I could either choose to make e-payment or pay to the cashier as I get the food I wanted. The application would also provide the nutrition value of the food ordered (e.g calories), helping people who are on diet to keep to their diet or alerting people to keep healthy.
