Hewlett-Packer Company is the leader of global PC and printers market. It provides technology product, software, solutions, and services to large, small, and medium size of businesses and to individuals too. Its portfolio includes imaging and printing related product and services, information technology, infrastructure, multi-vendor customer services, personal computing, and other access devices. The company primary operates in the US. Its head quarter is in California. The company’s website is WWW.hp.com. Throughout the years, the company have proven it palace in the market, by offering a customized product that satisfy the customer’s needs, but in the other hand, the company had faced a major security breach that required an extra effort and money to solve this problem. When customized products and good Internet marketing strategy did not overcome the security breach in the customer’s perspective, the company had to take an aggressive action and consider other ways in its security policy.

HP Company offers a lot of details for customers about the company’s products, and all information that a customer need in the presses of placing an order online through it website. It provides descriptions and details for the products features, capacity, speed, warranty, price, and payment types. It also includes an overall customer rating banner, where customers can read all reviews, and write one too. For example, if a shopper went to HP’s website to search for a laptop, he would see the page with different laptops and a option to defined the search by the screen size-(mini, everyday computing, ultra portable, or high performance) if the shopper chose mini laptop, then a page with many mini laptops will open, that includes this following information about every laptop :
