The mission statement and strategic objectives are the homework of this week business plan. The mission leads to make strategic objectives. The mission statement was decided by discuss on the group. And every group member should think of one objective. However, I think the strategic objectives are difficult to think of. It should be considered by ‘SMART’. Also, the good objectives should contain quantitative elements for measuring the outcome and the length of time. After group meeting I found that the objective I made is too simple. I should do it again.

How to avoid doing the same work again and get a good result:

Understand what the good strategic objectives should have. And find the information is related to specific, measurable, agreed upon, realistic and time based. It will help to target the area that I should think of. And the work will be done efficiency and effectively.

Moreover, I should ask people to get some clues and take a look of some examples before start doing the objective. Asking people can get some experience and clues of doing the strategic objectives. It will help to know what is suit for the business plan or not.

Discuss with group member can make the work better. After the discussing of the objectives, we can find out what is needed in our project and the direction of doing objectives.

Discuss with group members is the best way to make the strategic objectives which is considered the ‘SMART’. It can also make an agreement from each other. Get clues from the other might not suit for our business plan.
