From the dishing room links to consider some theories of economy

In present society, “business operates in an economy the way a fish swims in the water”. A firm is an organization that combines and organizes resources for the purpose of producing goods and services for sale. Every firm wants its profit to be maximization, and this can be definitive to they want to earn maximizing money. So this relates to variety economic factors, production refers to the transformation of inputs or resources in to outputs of goods and services. The output can also be a service rather than a good. They need to find which way can make the input is the minimization and the output is the maximization.

An economy is the total of all financial transactions in an area; you can measure the size of an area’s economy by adding up the transactions. To be sure, business can affect the economy, using the economic theories can affect the business. In managerial economics we are interested in the demand for a commodity faced by the firm. This depends on the size of the total market or industry demand for the commodity, which in turn is the sum of demands for the commodity of individual consumers in the market. Thus we begin by examining the theory of consumer demand in order to learn about the market demand, on which the demand for the product faced by a particular firm demands. The analysis is general and refers to almost any type of commodity. (Tom Gorman, 2010)

For example, a cafeteria is also an entity economic mechanism. It is made up by a lot of parts, and there are variety economic factors in it. Like the producing parts are the kitchen and dishing room, the servicing parts are the dining hall, the salad bar, the grill bar, the pizza bar, the ice cream bar and so on. Now we can think which is the important part of the cafeteria? Of course the kitchen is the most important part, it is the core of a cafeteria, it can provide the commodity for the customers, but we can not ignore the dishing room, it is also a main part of a cafeteria. Next let we discuss about the dishing room, why it is an important part.

Everyone if you have worked in the dishing room knows dishing room is a very busy workshop; it needs to provide the clean tableware to the café and the clean containers to the kitchen. So we can know it is a producing workshop too. If it is not really busy the manager does not want too many people work inside, if it is very busy the managers need to call more people work inside, this depends on how many customers will eat here.
