Energy bar is one of the beneficial products to all kind of age and income. By having a marketing programs it will disseminate information about the company’s product with the purposes of attracting the target market. There are few several ways of marketing programs that been using in promoting the energy bar product.

The communication mix is always referred to as integrated marketing communications. In these approach the manager have to specifies the problem to be solved and coordinates the necessary communication to be use rather than using the communication tools that always been used by the company. By expanding the market of energy bar to the consumer and industrial the integrated communication campaign have to be done more uniquely.

In term of the advertising, it should emphasize television, print advertising and promotional events. This marketing strategy can be used for the consumer product. It will be different for the industrial product. The industrial will be used the direct mail advertising. The sale promotional is also one of the supporting marketing programs of the Odwalla bar. These kinds of promotion can masses about the energy bar product. By utilizing consumer oriented sales promotions, energy bar can develop consumer awareness and increase the sales person within it target market. Samples are a key component of the promotional mix early in the product’s life cycle. For example by giving away samples for the athletes who are in the athletics events, its’ can build a consumer base that views the brand positively and has minimized prospector theory as there is minimal downside to taking something is free.
