As Enterprise rental car service, they target their market differently from Hertz and Avis those airport focusing rental car service company, Enterprise target their customer on the local and urban area, and soon accumulate beginning asset and customer loyalty and eventually can compare to those major Rental car service.

Since as David told about before that our service is provide premier house fixing service and Teresa will later on talk about client base and marketing, we know the key characters of our clients have to be well-educated, so that they treasure the value of their time so much, and with relatively high income, so that they don’t mind spend a reasonable money to let someone fix everything for them.

Based on that we selected several areas that we would like to focus mainly at beginning.

Why would Massachusetts and Connecticut. According to Forbes 2015 September study, Massachusetts Boston-Cambridge area ranks fifth on the most educated city in America, and Bridgeport-Stamford Connecticut area ranks 7th in that list.  Also when talk about income, according to Wikipedia Connecticut is 4th highest average individual income with average $65,753 dollar per person and Massachusetts is 5th highest average income state with $64,859 dollar per person.

Now how about population density, according to government census data, Massachusetts is 14th and Connecticut is 19th on population density ranking.  

Therefore, we have relatively reasonable believe that we have better Market Opportunity for this business on geographically scale.

Like exchange hunter jumper and rent and runway, there are limited number of websites provide similar service.

Home service based websites are still new to the market; this is a growing field where no player has established dominance.
