1. COMPANY BACKGROUND

Electric and Musical Industries (EMI) was built up in 1931. EMI Group, PLC is the world third biggest music company which situated in London. It is the world biggest free music company not being a unit, backup or division of a bigger combination enterprise. It contained two principle bunches; EMI Recorded Music and EMI Music Publishing. EMI Recorded Music represented 81.6% of EMI Group, PLC deals and 59.3% of the company's working benefit in monetary 2003.
