1) WHAT ARE THE KEY SUCCESS FACTORS IN THE SEGEMENT OF THE COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE MARKET IN WHICH CONTINENTAL OPERATES.

-Highly motivated, intelligent and well trained sales team.

-Access to prime commercial real estate and the reputation to convince people to sell to you.

-Your sales team has to be willing to travel a lot and pay their expenses.

-Clearly distinguish your self as either a brokerage (normal) or an agency (rare).

2) HOW IS THE COMPANY PERFORMING? WHY IS CONT'L SO SUCCESSFUL?

-They have harnessed all of the above factors and I think that the element of competition between sales people helps.

3) WHAT ASPECTS OF CONT'L'S OPERATION ARE YOU CONCERNED ABOUT

-The high turnover rate.

-Also the fact that it is hard to duplicate the business model in other places without the same management team found for each location.

4) EVALAUTE THE WAY EACH BRANCH OFFICE OPERATES, INCLUDING THE RECRUITMENT AND COMPENSATION PACKAGES GIVEN TO EMPLOYEES.

• EXPLAIN HOW THIS OPERATION IS/IS NOT CONGRUENT WITH THE FIRM'S STAETEGY.

5) WHAT WOULD YOU RECOMMEND CONT'L SHOULD DO TO EXPAND

-If they decide to expand they need to really research the new city they would go into. They need to look at real estate trends, property that is currently available and decide whether there would be an easy fit there.
