Conceptualizing a Business

The Salon is a new independently own salon on the west part of Texas. The salon is a full service hair salon servicing all types of people and perform all services, including haircuts, color, hair extensions, and many different treatment for the hair on men, women and children. We also perform many skin services including body waxing, facials, chemical peels, and many other top of the line skin services. The Salon will also sell products to insure that the clients will continue to see results after they leave the salon.

The Salon believes that they have a competitive edge in the market, because the staff and the owner pride themselves on have the best education possible. With a great education the salon can stay up to date on the latest trends that are happening in the ever fast growing world of beauty. The owner also knows that having product lines that no one else is selling is a major competitive edge in the El Paso market. Many of the hair products that the salon carries you cannot find within one hundred miles of the city, unless you want to order them online and wait for them to come in. The skin care line is the top of the line and the products are setting the new standers in the esthetic world as well.

The Salon target customers are mostly woman in the age of thirty to sixty five. With woman in this age range they are the ones that are mostly concerned with looking older than they are. Many women are concerned with going gray and fine lines and wrinkles. Our business helps people feel better about themselves by covering the gray in their hair, or by helping them reverse the signs of ageing in their skin. We also know by targeting woman in this age group we can pull in many family members and friends from those clients.
