And also they can save money for advertising in newspaper, they had an aim to work their level best to satisfy customers, hence they used this way.

The differences which are made by Comcast’s business are that their application which is in Salesforce.com helps them to improve the sales and also they can get more number of new customers easily, also had ability to view data about its sales at any instant, this helps them to make sales without any other methods.

The benefit for the customer is that they can have a great customer service and also they had ability to use services in an easy way.

There are some issues and challenges by using the social network monitoring are by considering the mass marketing, in which the company has to pay money to advertise any of its products or services. By the use of social media, they can save the costs of advertisements through the visiting of customers to the websites in personnel. In the online media, sellers of the companies use marketing of type named viral marketing, using that information can be passed through all people like a virus in computer. By using buzz marketing, means it is a way to spread unconfirmed news about product based on the requirements of customers which are typed in online, this method is quite different than the way of professional advertising.
